We identify the actions that have exponential systemic impact, which will radically decelerate the current trajectory of global dysfunction, and facilitate the hoped-for changes that many are working on. We enable those actions by bringing together collectives of unconnected stakeholders to collaborate in the fight for survival against climate change, biodiversity, inequality and pollution. Nobody can fix a systemic problem on their own - we have to do this together.
Here’s what we can do together:
Change at a systemic / global level
Bring together networks of systems participants from across different domains who are usually not connected to identify system-wide opportunities to drive tipping change, and facilitate collaboration across disciplines, sectors and cultures
Advocate for systemic change in public and private spaces
Change in a sector
Create project platforms where we can use a particular “lens” (viewing the system from the perspective of the food problem, for example, or the transport or energy problems).
Facilitate communities of practice, where system participants are able to take forward innovative ideas in ways that enable the testing and scaling up of new ways to configure the system
Change in an organisation
Deliver strategy workshops for leadership in individual organisations who are keen to foster resilience and systemic transformation
Help connect organisations and companies keen to facilitate systemic change inside their own structures, as well as participate in systemic change externally
